In 2019, our refrigerator broke down on a Friday in August. The nearest superstore offered us a model that didn't fit in the kitchen space, with no firm delivery date, and a technician who would take ten days to come and install it. We ended up eating out of portable coolers for almost two weeks, paying extra for an appliance that wasn't even what we needed.
That's when we decided to set up Para Casa: a place where buying an appliance or outdoor tool wouldn't depend on luck. We work directly with manufacturers, without intermediaries who raise the price, and we measure every kitchen space or every meter of garden before confirming an order. Our team installs, removes the old appliance, and leaves technical service just a phone call away, in Spanish, and with a real name.
We are still a small team and we still answer the phone ourselves. Every order over €300 is reviewed by a person before leaving the warehouse, not an algorithm.
