Legal warranty

All goods are covered by the legal warranty of conformity. If an item has a defect, you are entitled to its repair or replacement, and under the conditions provided by law, to a price reduction or refund.

Manufacturer's warranty

When a product includes an additional manufacturer's warranty, its terms and conditions will apply. This warranty is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

Report a defect

If a product has a defect, please contact us at contact@para-casa.com. Describe the defect in as much detail as possible and include your order number and, if possible, photographs. We will provide you with a solution quickly.
